Minimum Booking Policy
VR Travel Mobile bookings require a minimum booking fee to cover travel, setup, and equipment time.
- Seniors homes / care facilities — Please Contact
- Private events / birthdays / corporate — min 2 players for gaming hour & $50 Charge for Birthday Party (Additional Hour Rental)
Minimum booking does not apply to public pop-up events or ticketed events.
Travel fees may apply outside the Rocky Mountain House area.
